*How do I place an order and make payment?

Use our shopping cart and paypal check out. Paypal service allows anyone to make payment with credit cards or bank accounts without sharing financial information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal.If you prefer not to use Paypal you can email us on [email protected] or ring through the order on Ph 02 66524207. Payment can then be organised either via credit/debit card over the phone or with a bank deposit. If you want to pay with credit/debit card but would prefer that we ring you, then no worries, you just email us your phone number and Charlotte will ring you at a time that suits you.

*What is the currency?

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST.

*Is Paypal payment secure?

Yes, PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

*Do I need a paypal account to be able to make payment?

No, you don't need a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you may of course use it.

*Do you ship outside Australia?

Within Australia we have a flat freight fee of $10. If you spend $150 or over we pay for shipping. We can ship to most countries. If you require shipping to a country other than Australia, drop us a line via the Contact Form on the home page and we will get back to you with a price.

*Is GST included in the price?

Yes, for Australian residents, GST is included.

*Do you gift wrap?

Yes, Charlotte loves gift wrapping so we offer that as a complimentary service. Our natural approach to wrapping comes with brown or green recycled wrapping paper, paper ribbons and swing tag. If you require giftwrapping, please send me a note in the "Add special instructions to merchant" during the Paypal checkout process and include the text you would like written.
